Payment must be made within 5 business days, unless notified us in advance. Otherwise, we reserved the right to resell the item to other serious buyer. But please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss any other payment methods if you are a serious buyer.
Our items will be posted within 48 business hours of payment received, the delivery time normally requires 3-5 business days within Australia, using the Australia Post Service.
Other delivery services can be arranged upon request. As much as we want to ensure the provision of affordable and reliable postal service, the delivery time is highly dependent on Australia Post (or other opted postal services) as well as local customs/duties. Please contact us if you haven't received the item in timely manner and we will try to resolve the issue ASAP.
IMPORTANT! We will not be liable from any damage or loss caused by Australia Post or other delivery services.
1. In event of delivered item mismatches our description, please notify us within 7 days after the item is received.
2. In event of defective items or damage during transit, we will review the items and refund accordingly.
3. The cost of returning the items will be incurred by the bidder.
